**Job Announcement: Steel Structural VDC Technical Office Engineer**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steel Structural VDC Technical Office Engineer possessing demonstrable expertise in steel structure detailing and modeling. This position offers the selected candidate the opportunity to contribute to significant international projects, utilizing advanced BIM and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) methodologies to achieve technical proficiency and facilitate effective interdisciplinary coordination. **Principal Responsibilities**

* Develop and meticulously review structural steel shop drawings, detailing drawings, and coordination drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Advance Steel, and Revit, ensuring both accuracy and clarity.
* Implement BIM and VDC methodologies to enhance multidisciplinary coordination, mitigate conflicts, and optimize overall project delivery efficiency.
* Coordinate effectively with civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve any technical discrepancies.
* Conduct quantity takeoffs, generate Bills of Materials, and ensure precise material estimation based on project specifications.
* Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify ambiguous, incomplete, or conflicting technical specifications.
* Deliver comprehensive as-built drawings and supporting documentation upon project completion.
