The Senior Technician I is accountable for the execution of maintenance activities and the oversight of assigned maintenance projects across all THC operating bases. Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion, on-time aircraft departure, and optimal aircraft availability for the Operator. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining aircraft standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals, meticulous completion of maintenance documentation, adherence to Repair Station facilities protocols, and the provision of regular reports to Maintenance Assistance Managers and other pertinent THC stakeholders, contingent upon the maintenance base location.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Actively promote Safety Management System (SMS) reporting through the utilization of established THC safety management systems.
* Recommend and enforce sound engineering safety practices, ensuring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and reporting any observed deficiencies.
* Ensure the rigorous implementation of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control measures by all Part 145 personnel.
* Report any hangar facility deficiencies or defects to the Line Manager and/or through the established safety management system, as required.
* Ensure that all maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alteration tasks are performed accurately, utilizing current and approved technical data.
* Maintain strict compliance with the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), General Maintenance Manual (GMM), and Technical Operations Department Procedures Manual (TODPM) work instructions at all times.
* Ensure the correct application of required engineering standards and the accurate completion of aircraft maintenance documentation.
* Attend and actively participate in daily toolbox talks and aircraft team briefings pertaining to assigned maintenance projects.
* Attend weekly production planning meetings, as required, to report on hangar maintenance activities, providing specific information regarding manning levels, tooling requirements, test equipment needs, and necessary parts.
* Ensure that all removed aircraft components are appropriately labelled, protected, and stored in accordance with established procedures for aircraft undergoing maintenance.
* Identify and communicate staff training needs to the Line Manager.
* Promote teamwork, maintain staff discipline, ensure the wearing of company-provided uniforms, and uphold corporate identity standards.
* Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters related to work and proprietary information.

**Qualifications:**

* Equivalent EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II License (if not GACA Licensed).
* GACA License/GACA Repairman Certificate.

**Experience & Skills:**

* A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Technician or in a related field.
* Type rated on one or more of the THC fleet aircraft (AW139, H160, H145 D3, or H125) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience on type.
* Prior experience as a Part 145 rostered technician.
* Comprehensive knowledge of organizational procedures.
* Experience utilizing THC or equivalent maintenance forecasting systems.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or related software applications.
* Ability to exercise the privileges associated with their certificate and rating.
* Applicants must provide verifiable documentation of their training and/or type rating qualifications.
