Job Description: **Option 1 (Emphasis on Responsibilities):**
The Senior Appliance Technician position is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of a diverse array of commercial appliances. The incumbent will possess advanced technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex appliance malfunctions. Primary responsibilities include: proficiently diagnosing and repairing espresso machines, refrigerators, grills, fryers, extraction systems, and other relevant kitchen equipment; implementing preventative maintenance protocols; performing the installation and maintenance of various appliances; providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating strong communication skills; effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; possessing relevant certification or technical training in appliance repair (preferred); demonstrating substantial industry experience; working autonomously and managing time effectively; and possessing a valid driver’s license (advantageous). The ideal candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, proven experience in appliance repair and maintenance, strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, a customer-centric approach with a commitment to quality service, the ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and a strong technical aptitude and mechanical skills.
