Job Summary: Senior Systems Engineer We are seeking passionate, entrepreneurial, and technically proficient Senior Systems Engineers to assist our customers and partners in evaluating, adopting, and expanding their utilization of our technology. Responsibilities: Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to customers and partners to achieve sales targets. Establish a trusted advisor relationship with strategic customers and partners, including CIO and CISO level contacts. Enable and update the partner network on product evolution and advancements. Conduct workshops with prospective and existing customers on product evaluations and demonstrations. Perform hands-on testing to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Provide market and product feedback to the Product Management team. Maintain current knowledge of competitive solutions, products, and services. Author white papers, knowledge base articles, and other customer/partner-facing content. Qualifications: Proven experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security solutions, including Firewall as a Service (FWaaS), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), and malware prevention solutions. Strong understanding of security technologies, such as proxies, SSL/TLS, VPNs, Active Directory/SAML/LDAP, and threat prevention and mitigation techniques. In-depth understanding of networking and security architectures within the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) framework. Thorough understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack and its operation. Knowledge of WAN technologies and protocols, including MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and Multicast. Experience in architecting and/or managing large-scale, high-performing, and resilient enterprise networking and security solutions. Proficiency in Linux administration. Beneficial Skills: Knowledge of best practices architectures for Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Hands-on experience with public and private cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, and VMware. Proficiency in shell scripting and Python scripting.
