Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Roles:
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Event Manager and Customer Service Manager or relevant role in event management or MICE industry.
- Creating a detailed agenda for projects, including execution, production, performers, and any special activities thorough understanding of client needs.
- Developing and implementing a communication plan for the event execution process.
- Strong communicator to manage multi accounts properly and able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Preparing detailed schedules for all event activities and managing teams who will be involved in the production and execution of the event.
- High ability to handle changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered.
- Communicating and developing client relationships to deliver excellent customer service and quality delivery as per the client requirements and our company’s standard.
- Ability to think strategically when faced with an events brief or with our Key clients on the delivery of the mega events.
- Settle any and all customer complaints through investigations with Operations team, and develop solutions to satisfy customers.
- Source, onboard, and draft and execute contracts for new event venues and vendors, and manage relationships and listings data for existing venues and vendors.
- Providing technical support to other departments regarding the planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation of events.
