Job Description:**Subject: Project Management Responsibilities at SEOUDI**

SEOUDI Project Managers are responsible for comprehensive project oversight, encompassing all stages from conception to completion. Their duties extend beyond mere timeline management to include the orchestration of all project elements, driving projects to successful realization. Key responsibilities include:

1. **Project Management:** Leading projects from initiation to closure, rigorously managing timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholders, and risks. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, methodologies, and schedules that are aligned with the organization’s portfolio and strategic objectives. Continuous monitoring and control of all project phases are essential to ensure deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality, scope, and time requirements.

2. **Stakeholder & Team Coordination:** Facilitating clear and consistent communication and alignment among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. This incorporates conducting project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews to establish clarity regarding objectives, roles, and expectations. Proactive resolution of project-related issues is paramount, fostering positive and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.

3. **Performance & Quality Oversight:** Verifying the completion of tasks and diligently tracking project team performance throughout the project lifecycle. This also necessitates monitoring project scope changes, risks, and potential issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Adherence to defined processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and industry best practices is critical, coupled with the identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement.

4. **Financial & Value Management:** Reviewing Return on Investment (ROI), business cases, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and financial objectives. This includes monitoring expenditures, controlling project costs, and promoting cost-effective solutions. Furthermore, forecasting earned value estimates and providing stakeholders with accurate and comprehensive financial performance reports is required.

5. **Reporting & Communication:** Preparing and delivering regular and detailed project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and performance reviews. Ensuring transparent and consistent communication across all levels of the organization, keeping teams well-informed of progress, challenges, and any scope changes.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Adminstration
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
