Job Description:**Senior Organizational Development and Recruitment Specialist Position**
The organization is seeking a highly qualified Senior Organizational Development (OD) and Recruitment Specialist to provide leadership in organizational development initiatives and to effectively manage the recruitment lifecycle. This position encompasses responsibilities for enhancing employee engagement, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
This role is delineated into two primary functional areas: Recruitment and Organizational Development (OD).
**Recruitment Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain workforce needs and define precise job requirements.
* Cultivate and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and strategic networking.
* Oversee the onboarding process to facilitate a seamless integration experience for new employees.
* Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the efficacy of implemented hiring strategies.
**Organizational Development Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute organizational development initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify specific areas for targeted training and development programs.
* Design and facilitate workshops and training programs focused on enhancing employee skills and competencies.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop robust succession plans and effective workforce development strategies.
* Administer employee engagement surveys and translate resultant data into actionable improvement plans.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD strategies on achieving strategic business objectives.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives.
* Assist managers in the creation of organizational policies, procedures, and standard forms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in OD and recruitment.
