eking a highly skilled Sr. BMS T&C Technician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Building Management System (BMS) Testing and Commissioning. As a Sr. BMS T&C Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.Responsibilities:1. Conduct testing and commissioning activities for BMS systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.2. Perform functional testing of BMS devices, including sensors, controllers, and actuators, to ensure proper operation and integration.3. Verify the accuracy of BMS control sequences and programming by conducting thorough system checks and simulations.4. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues or malfunctions in BMS systems, and provide effective solutions to rectify the problems.5. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure the successful integration of BMS systems with other building systems, such as HVAC and electrical.6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of all testing and commissioning activities, including test reports, as-built drawings, and operation manuals.7. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians, providing guidance and support in BMS testing and commissioning procedures.8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to BMS testing and commissioning, and apply them in daily work activities.Preferred Candidate:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Building Management System (BMS) Testing and Commissioning.2. Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.3. Strong knowledge of BMS control systems and protocols, such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.4. Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration with BMS.5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.6. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.7. Good communication and teamwork skills.8.
