The incumbent will be responsible for the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive training programs, ensuring stakeholders possess the requisite knowledge and skills for optimal performance. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders is essential to develop engaging training initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain an annual training plan, providing regular updates and detailed plans to relevant management personnel.
* Create and assign weekly training schedules for teams, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
* Monitor activity on the learning platform, tracking employee progress and addressing any deficiencies in participation or engagement.
* Adapt and integrate content from both internal and external sources to maintain alignment with industry best practices and company-wide developments.
* Collaborate with Line of Business (LoB) management to tailor training programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
* Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions covering various business needs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
* Develop training videos, guides, and other resources to support the implementation of new products, procedures, or business initiatives, coordinating with the Learning & Development (L&D) department as necessary.
* Design and deliver onboarding programs for new employees, equipping them with the fundamental knowledge and skills required for their respective roles.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials, including guides, reference documents, and other resources, to facilitate ongoing employee learning. This includes regular updates reflecting new product information and procedural changes.
* Track and report training participation, progress, and completion rates to ensure compliance with established learning plans.
* Report any issues, discrepancies, or concerns related to training programs to the direct supervisor.
* Collect feedback from staff via post-training surveys to assess and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training initiatives.
* Conduct assessments and implement follow-up activities to measure the impact of training programs.
* Ensure all applicable training certifications are maintained through appropriate recertification processes.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging employee engagement with available training resources and development opportunities.
**Position Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* **Experience:** One (1) to three (3) years of experience in training.
