Job SummaryTo ensure and manage the end-to-end process of IT-related procurement activities, contracts administration and vendors management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The role involves managing, reviewing and negotiating contracts, maintaining strong vendors relationships, monitoring vendors performance, and ensuring risk mitigation across all IT-related procurement and contractual activities.Main AccountabilitiesContracts Management: Manage, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation. Maintain a central repository for all contracts with proper version control and expiry tracking. Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations and deliverables are met. Support in contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as required. Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and costing.Vendors Management: Develop and maintain an approved vendor list with proper due diligence and onboarding procedures. Conduct regular vendor evaluations to assess performance, compliance, and adherence to agreed KPIs. Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service delivery. Manage vendor risk assessment and ensure adherence to organizational ethics and compliance requirements.Procurement & Compliance: Work closely with procurement teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with contract terms. Ensure all procurement and contractual activities adhere to company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other departments for dispute resolution and contractual clarifications. Run RFPs, tenders and regular purchasing transactions. Ensure the process of requesting, receiving and evaluating supplier quotations.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all vendor interactions, contracts, and performance reports. Prepare periodic reports on vendor performance, contract status, and risk assessment for management. Support internal and external audits related to procurement and contract management. IT Asset & Service Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, and management of IT assets, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies. Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure and services. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance related to IT services and products to ensure service levels are met. Ensure all IT procurement activities adhere to cybersecurity, data privacy, and organizational security policies.Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and vendor lifecycle management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systemsPreferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contracts and vendor management, preferably in [banking/financial services/government/etc.]. Exposure to systems, processes and controls related to Procurement & Inventory.Skills And Competencies Fair Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems Good PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Negotiations Skills. Wide base of vendor’s relation.
