Job Description :

The ideal Candidate will manage & supervise daily operations for the spare parts operational team, to ensure the availability of all the needed spare parts at all times through planning, purchasing and storing them.Job Duties:Manage the overall process “Forecasting, Planning, and Storage” ensuring optimum inventory level with ultimate focus on customer satisfactionLead the ordering operations through reviewing contracts and vendor performance to ensure a consistent and competitive supply of spare parts and equipment.Generate value stream of supply chain function through cost reduction initiatives, advanced planning in order to maximize the company ROI.Develop and maintain each department’s standard operations procedures and policies to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.Set and apply warehouse standards all over Ezz Elarab’s warehouses in terms of applying standard operations procedures and policies to ensure operating by standards.Draft and present to Top Management average usage of spare parts units , to help analyze the aftersales consumption of spare parts and to detect all the reoccurring incidents.Guarantee the spare parts availability at all times through reviewing the demand plan issued by the aftersales team regarding the spare parts to put the supply (purchase) plan in accordance with the planning team.Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

Education: Bachelor DegreeExperience: 10+ years Computer Skills: MS OfficeLanguages: English
