Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Spanish-speaking markets for Egyptian marble and granite products.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Spanish export market.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Megatrade Misr’s products.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and market intelligence.
