**Job Overview:** We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Sous Chef to contribute to our culinary team. In the capacity of Sous Chef at Revive, the incumbent will provide crucial support to the Head Chef and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the efficient and consistent preparation of meals that adhere to the highest standards of health and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Head Chef in the planning, preparation, and execution of weekly menus.
* Supervise kitchen personnel and ensure adherence to recipes, portion specifications, and presentation standards in all food preparation processes.
* Maintain a sanitary, well-organized, and efficient kitchen environment that complies with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients, while actively minimizing food waste.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
* Ensure all meals are prepared in accordance with our health-focused, macro-balanced nutritional guidelines.
* Assume the responsibilities of the Head Chef in their absence.
