**Job Opportunity: Sourcing Specialist**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our Group Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing events and supplier contracts across IT, Marketing, and Service-based categories. The Sourcing Specialist will leverage industry best practices to achieve optimal total cost of ownership, cultivate strong supplier relationships, and ensure procurement activities are aligned with MMI/ELR’s policies and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business requirements and provide expert advice on value optimization.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of category strategies utilizing market analysis and spend data.
* Plan and execute sourcing events, tenders, and eAuctions to deliver timely and cost-effective procurement solutions.
* Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, encompassing supplier pre-qualification and RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
* Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance evaluations to identify potential cost savings.
* Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting for all sourcing projects, contracts, and supplier activities.
* Assess procurement risks and ensure compliance with the company’s Delegation of Authority (DoA).

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

* Minimum of five years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within an FMCG or large business environment.
* Demonstrated experience in Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
* Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
* CIPS levels 2, 3, or 4 certification.
* Experience managing multiple projects, ideally using digital tools such as Asana.
