Keyformance, a Danish-owned technology start-up establishing a permanent presence in Egypt, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to spearhead its AI and Application Development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, requiring fluency in both Arabic and English.

**About Keyformance:**

Keyformance specializes in the development of AI-driven mobile applications and digital solutions for both its internal portfolio and external clientele. We are seeking a Team Leader to serve as our primary technical lead in Egypt and build a comprehensive development team from the ground up.

**Role Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating product goals and feature requests into actionable technical plans, architectures, and development strategies. Key responsibilities include:

* Selecting, recruiting, and managing a team of skilled developers (backend, mobile, AI, design, etc.).
* Actively participating in development, with a focus on AI, LLM-based systems, and mobile application development.
* Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing robust project structures, and maintaining project momentum.
* Reporting directly to the Danish founders.

In essence, the Team Leader will function as Keyformance’s principal technical representative and point of contact in Egypt.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop AI-powered mobile application solutions utilizing Flutter/React Native and OpenAI/LLM integration.
* Construct AI pipelines for image/scene and text generation.
* Develop and maintain the backend architecture (Laravel/Node/Python).
* Recruit, manage, and mentor the development team.
* Ensure product quality, stability, scalability, and timely delivery.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Demonstrable expertise in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
* Proficiency in building mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
* Backend development skills (Laravel, Node, or Python).
* Proven leadership abilities and experience in talent acquisition.
* Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
* A strong desire to contribute significantly to the growth of a promising start-up.
