Our rapidly expanding digital agency, based in Germany, specializes in assisting businesses to optimize and automate their internal operations through the implementation of contemporary software solutions. To augment our Information Technology department, we are seeking highly motivated **Software Developers (m/f/d)** with a demonstrated interest in constructing digital workflows, interfaces, and automated systems.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with both the IT and Business Development teams to engineer software solutions that facilitate process streamlining, enhance data flow, and improve organizational efficiency. Candidates possessing experience with digital tools, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), automation technologies, or low-code/no-code platforms, or who exhibit a capacity for rapid and independent learning, are particularly encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and automate business processes utilizing APIs, integrations, and contemporary no-code/low-code software applications.
* Plan, design, and optimize digital workflows and business processes.
* Construct, maintain, and administer databases (e.g., Airtable, SQL, nocoDB).
* Document technical processes, systems, and integrations.
