We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in order to define objectives, establish optimal data collection methodologies, conduct comprehensive requirements analysis, meticulously document processes, and execute user acceptance testing. The successful candidate will possess a natural aptitude for analytical thinking and demonstrate the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to individuals with non-technical backgrounds.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with technology and business divisions to delineate project specifications.
* Comprehend project objectives and elicit business requirements through active listening and effective questioning techniques.
* Analyze stakeholder activities to assess strengths, weaknesses, and identify opportunities for process and functional automation.
* Translate intricate business, functional, and technical requirements into granular work tasks, and formulate project scope statements.
* Develop innovative solutions to address customer requirements.
* Prepare comprehensive analysis documents utilizing established and appropriate techniques for both functional and non-functional requirements.
* Participate in the complete product lifecycle, encompassing definition, design, development, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.
* Provide support to developers and Quality Control engineers by clarifying requirements or addressing business concerns arising at any stage of the lifecycle development process.
* Maintain a current understanding of dynamic market needs and provide input regarding potential enhancements to existing products.
* Communicate insights effectively with product owners and provide support to cross-functional team members and management.
* Conduct product demonstrations for customers and cultivate relationships with key clients.
* Maintain awareness of current process and IT advancements to facilitate system automation and modernization.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven work experience in software business analysis.
- Knowledge of software technology, computer programming experience, and broad business knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.) and Software Design Tools.
- Ability to elicit and document functional requirements, write specifications, use cases, and design user interface requirements for applications.
- Basic concepts of Programming.
- Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
- Experience with iterative development and agile/scrum.
- Very good English writing/reading and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude even under high pressure and stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
