We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in order to ascertain objectives, formulate optimal methodologies for data acquisition, conduct thorough requirements analysis, meticulously document processes, and execute user acceptance testing procedures. The successful candidate will possess a natural aptitude for analytical reasoning and the ability to articulate complex concepts to individuals lacking technical expertise.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with technology and business units to define comprehensive project specifications.
* Comprehend project objectives and elicit business requirements through diligent active listening and strategic questioning techniques.
* Analyze stakeholder activities to discern strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process and functional automation.
* Translate intricate business, functional, and technical requirements into granular work tasks and formulate precise project scope statements.
* Develop innovative solutions to address customer requirements effectively.
* Prepare detailed analysis documentation employing defined and appropriate techniques for functional and non-functional requirements.
* Participate actively in the entire product lifecycle development process, encompassing design, development, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.
* Provide support to developers and Quality Control engineers by clarifying requirements and addressing business concerns throughout the lifecycle development process.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of dynamic market needs and provide valuable input for the enhancement of existing product features.
* Communicate effectively with product owners to provide insightful perspectives and support cross-functional team members and management personnel.
* Conduct product demonstrations for customers and cultivate relationships with key clientele.
* Remain current with the latest process and IT advancements to facilitate system automation and modernization initiatives.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven work experience in software business analysis.
- Knowledge of software technology, computer programming experience, and broad business knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.) and Software Design Tools.
- Ability to elicit and document functional requirements, write specifications, use cases, and design user interface requirements for applications.
- Basic concepts of Programming.
- Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
- Experience with iterative development and agile/scrum.
- Very good English writing/reading and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude even under high pressure and stressful situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
