Job Description:

The Social Media Supervisor role is essential to ensure effective oversight, brands strategy deployment, and execution of our brands online presence. With the increasing importance of digital engagement in reaching and retaining customers, this position is essential and by applying the always on communication it’s mandatory to have it.

Job responsibilities:

1- Social Media Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and manage the brand’s social media calendar aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Create and plan engaging posting ideas for all platforms based on core concepts and marketing objectives.
  • Schedule posts across social media platforms according to the approved plans and strategy.

2- Audience Engagement and Interaction:

  • Supervise communication with followers and audiences, ensuring consistent and professional engagement.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Oversee consumer interactions by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across all channels.

3- Content Management and Platform Oversight:

  • Manage and support all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, TikTok, and others, as per the platform-specific strategy.
  • Maintain and update pages with relevant content while ensuring alignment with sentiment analysis and audience trends.

4- Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and deliver consistent reports on social media performance weekly and monthly.
  • Track and analyze content performance, sentiment, and audience feedback to provide actionable insights.

5- Brand & Creative Alignment:

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create captions and visuals that align with the brand persona and seasonal themes.
  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all digital platforms.
  • Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging captions and ideas in collaboration with the content and design teams to align with campaigns and seasonal activities.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Com, or in other related fields.
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
  • Data analysis and reporting expertise.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in English Language.
