Job Description:**Adamco Pharm, an international pharmaceutical holding company headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, is expanding its international operations through the identification of new market opportunities. The company possesses a diverse commercial portfolio comprising over 100 pharmaceutical products and more than 150 stock-keeping units (SKUs). Adamco Pharm oversees several subsidiaries, including EGY Nile Pharm in Burkina Faso, Niger, and Mali, and Egypt Niger.
Adamco Pharm is currently seeking a qualified Social Media Specialist – French Speaker to join its Marketing Team, based in 6 October, Giza. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager.
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the creation and execution of engaging content across various social media platforms. This individual will cultivate and maintain the online community, enhance brand visibility, and support the achievement of overall marketing objectives. Key responsibilities encompass content planning and creation, community management, performance analysis, and staying abreast of current social media trends and best practices.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
* Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely postings across all relevant platforms.
* Plan, create, curate, and publish engaging content, including original text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform’s best practices and audience preferences.
* Compose compelling and brand-consistent captions, headlines, and calls to action.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, copywriting) to develop visually appealing and effective social media assets.
* Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, messages, and reviews.
* Engage with the online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.
* Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, website traffic, follower growth) using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize social media performance and inform future strategies.
* Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including budget monitoring.
* Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure all social media communications maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Skills:
B. Job Requirements:
1. Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
3. Language:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English & French fluency essential.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and audience demographics.
4.IT Literacy:
- Professional computer and MS-Office skills
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
