As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and support lead generation goals. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging content tailored to our target audience within the tech and software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with our brand and marketing goals
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc., and provide regular reports
- Moderating community and replying clients inquires in comments and messages.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms
Skills:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Experience with B2B or Tech / SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for a tech or software company
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid social campaigns is an advantage
