Job Description:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including competitive analysis, platform selection, performance benchmarking, strategic messaging, and target audience identification. Create, curate, and disseminate engaging daily content (text, images, video, or HTML) that fosters meaningful engagement and drives community action. Optimize company profiles on all relevant platforms to enhance the visibility of organizational social media content. Enforce community moderation policies by actively monitoring user-generated content. Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content syndication schedules. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies by capturing, analyzing, and applying relevant social data, metrics, insights, and best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as customer relations and sales, to manage online reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate strategic initiatives.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of design,
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
