Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
* Participating in the formulation and execution of social media and communication campaigns in accordance with established marketing communication strategies.
* Managing all communications across the organization’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
* Developing and providing engaging textual, visual, and video content for dissemination across social media channels.
* Addressing comments and customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Creating and maintaining a comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document, updating it as necessary.
* Monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews pertaining to the organization.
* Collaborating with the Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Communicating with the Development and Sales departments to maintain current knowledge of new products and features.
* Cultivating a strong online community across digital platforms and fostering relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Remaining abreast of emerging trends in digital technology.
* Managing communications with external parties concerning digital media matters, as required.
Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Language: Very good English is mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with the same title preferably in a mobile phone industry.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
