Job Requirements :

DescriptionMaintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to dateProcessing messages and complaints, escalating when necessaryModerate pages located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms.Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics and issues and outcomesRegularly feedback insights gained from moderation into the Social Media teamJob Requirements Experience required is one year at least.Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeAbility to work on switched shifts 24/7.An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.Proactive and energetic.Good communication skills.Good writing skills.Good Command of English. Written and speaking.Bachelor Degree.
