Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Strategic Alignment and Execution):**

Develop and implement a strategic social media content plan that adheres to regional brand guidelines while adapting to the specific requirements of the local business, reflecting cultural nuances, current trends, and platform-specific best practices. This includes copywriting and creation of visually engaging content consistent with brand voice across all relevant platforms. Collaboration with legal, compliance, and controls departments is essential to mitigate risk and ensure robust governance. Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to effectively disseminate the organization’s business and cultural messaging. Work collaboratively with the social media team to manage editorial content calendars. Provide support to the CIB Marketing and Communications team in community management. Analyze social media metrics to track performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Effectively communicate project timelines, status updates, and outcomes. Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging trends and potential issues, promptly notifying relevant team members as needed.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**

* Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape and current trends within the Gulf region.
* Demonstrated experience in managing editorial calendars across diverse social media platforms.
* Proven ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in utilizing social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, content publishing, and reporting.
* Passion for social media, public relations, and digital marketing.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively propose innovative ideas, think creatively, and effectively identify and resolve problems.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Arabic.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Capacity to foster collaborative relationships with colleagues across divisions and lines of business.
* Superior organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**

* Prior experience within the financial services industry.
* Previous management experience.
