Job Description
The individual will be responsible for leading the social media development and execution to establish creative best practices, guidelines and ways of working to ensure the content of several brands under Driven Group is engaging, interesting and effective.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media, someone with a proven-track record of planning, delivering and reporting on a range of social media campaigns, across various social platforms and successful demonstration of building the organic social footprint for the brands. They should be a multi-tasker, creative thinker, a problem solver, goal-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up culture. They will also have a passion for testing to invent and scale a successful program – from working with the marketing team to design and create the campaign test to communicating the results to using the data to inform future business decisions.
Skills
· Define, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels and team partnerships.
· Collaborate with marketing and PR department to optimize key brand message and perception drivers through social media
· Lead the development and implementation of always-on social media campaigns for the brand that deliver measurable uplift against our key goals
· Mange the social media accounts and oversee campaign strategy, leading creative ideation to deliver innovative, campaigns
· Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.
· Contributes and presents strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership via meetings and document writing
· Develops and owns multiple team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals over short and long-term that are reported to senior leadership.
· Content creation and management of all social media channels.
· Imagines and executes engagement-driving and community-building ideas and tactics across all platforms.
· Works closely with local expert network and Elsewhere clientele to create and deliver content.
· Partners with PR, editorial, creative, and video teams internally and externally to create and deliver content.
· Day-to-day community management and outreach across all platforms.
· Manages and owns business analytics and reporting.
