The Social Media Marketing Manager position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of seven years of experience in social media management, including at least three years in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated proficiency in team management, KPI monitoring, and process improvement is essential. Candidates must possess expertise in social media analytics tools and management platforms, along with experience in paid social media advertising across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences while exhibiting cultural sensitivity. A comprehensive understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices is required. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail, capable of adapting content for various platforms. Strong project management skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. An analytical mindset is crucial, allowing for the interpretation of social media data and the formulation of actionable recommendations.
