To enhance brand visibility and engagement, the following measures will be implemented: development of a comprehensive social media strategy; analysis of the target demographic and identification of optimal communication channels; creation of platform-specific, engaging content; establishment of a regular content dissemination schedule aligned with peak audience activity; implementation of innovative contests and advertising campaigns; strategic collaboration with key industry influencers; ongoing monitoring and analysis of content performance via analytical tools, with regular reporting; team organization and training to facilitate efficient coordination; continuous customer communication via social media to address needs and expectations; provision of guidance to internal personnel on effective social media utilization; development and measurement of performance standards to ensure goal attainment; consistent monitoring of campaign and content performance to identify areas for optimization; periodic performance evaluation and strategic adjustments based on results; delivery of detailed reports to management outlining progress and identifying areas for improvement; focused efforts to refine content and increase engagement based on feedback and analysis; and adaptation of the strategy in response to evolving audience behavior and market trends.

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or Business Administration

– Previous experience in managing social media for brands or similar projects.

– Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.

–  Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

– Deep knowledge of social media platforms’ tools and features and how to use them to achieve marketing goals.

– Ability to think creatively and create inspiring and engaging content.

– Strong analytical skills and ability to understand data and apply results to future strategies.
