**The Role: Social Media Executive**

The Social Media Executive will provide support in the implementation of Minimalist.ae’s social media strategies across a variety of digital platforms. The incumbent will contribute to ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned, and performance-driven digital presence. This position is based at the company headquarters in Dubai.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
* Monitor and manage brand engagement, responding to comments, direct messages, and community interactions in a timely manner and consistent with brand guidelines.
* Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal events, and overall brand objectives.
* Assist in the tracking of key performance indicators (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare preliminary reports to identify top-performing content and potential areas for optimization.
* Support email marketing initiatives, including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling, utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo.
* Conduct competitive analysis and trend research to identify emerging opportunities and maintain awareness of current digital trends.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE-based eCommerce, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury brand.
* A discerning eye for aesthetics, tone, and brand consistency.
* A comprehensive understanding of Emirati culture and personality.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
* Experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite).
* Preferred experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite).
* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant asset.
