**Job Description:**

Team Safety Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the company’s presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content, analyzing audience engagement, and reporting on the effectiveness of social media initiatives. Furthermore, the Social Media Executive will maintain secure access to all platform credentials. Success in this role requires a balance between consistent content delivery and sustained audience interest, along with a thorough understanding of optimal posting times for each platform.

**Responsibilities:**

* Creating clear, concise, and impactful written content designed to drive audience engagement and action.
* Collaborating with videographers and multimedia designers to produce engaging and visually appealing posts.
* Optimizing content for distribution across diverse social media channels.
* Scheduling content releases to maximize audience reach and impact.
* Monitoring user engagement and feedback on all published content.
* Analyzing and reporting on the performance and impact of social media activities.
* Maintaining a secure and organized repository of all login credentials.
* Staying informed of evolving trends and updates across relevant social media platforms.
* Evaluating the potential value of emerging social media platforms for the company.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, preferably within a similar organization.
* Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
* Proficiency in utilizing Hootsuite and its associated integrations.
* In-depth understanding of paid social media advertising processes and strategies.
* Demonstrated ability to create persuasive and authoritative written content.
* Adaptable and engaging writing style.
* Knowledge of relevant engagement metrics and analytical tools.
* A proactive approach to identifying and developing innovative ideas.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to accommodate global time zones.
