Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and strategic Digital Marketer with proven experience in building brands and driving growth on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for an exceptional professional who can take full ownership of our brands. If you understand premium design, growth funnels, content strategy, and lead generation — and can bring brand stories to life with impact — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
• Design premium, modern visuals that reflect the brand’s voice and identity.
• Ensure content is authentic, high-value, and strategically aligned.

2. Growth & Lead Generation

• Grow followers organically with value-driven content.
• Actively engage with the community (DMs, comments, partnerships).
• Build and optimize funnels, CTAs, lead magnets, and link-in-bio flows.
• Track, analyze, and improve performance using data-driven insights.
• Conduct outbound marketing initiatives (cold calling, emailing) to engage potential clients.

3. Paid Marketing (Preferred)

• Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.
• Support retargeting and warm audience strategies.
• Scale paid campaigns as the brand grows.

4. Brand & Visual Identity

• Ensure cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Use tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to deliver premium creative assets.
• Create impactful brand storytelling that resonates emotionally and strategically.
