Job Description:The candidate will be responsible for the creation and management of content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website), ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging. This includes the design and implementation of a comprehensive social media content calendar incorporating product features, promotions, lifestyle imagery, and relevant cultural references. Active engagement with the target audience through timely responses to comments and direct messages is required. Furthermore, the candidate will develop compelling and high-quality Reels to effectively showcase products and the brand in a creative and engaging manner. Responsibilities also encompass the planning and oversight of social media coverage for events, with a focus on maximizing engagement and reach. Adherence to brand guidelines and the maintenance of a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media content are essential. Continuous monitoring of emerging social media trends and algorithm updates to optimize performance is also expected, alongside the ability to create graphic designs to complement content as needed.
Skills:
- Bachelor degree of Business administration, marketing, digital marketing or any related field.
- Demonstrated work experience 2-4 years as a social media content creator or in a similar role in the real estate industry.
- Profound understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, illustrator, content creation tools and strategies, ai tools for content and designs and/or other editing software.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Outstanding English writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in creating creative Reels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in the advertising or media industry is a valuable asset.
