**Position Announcement: Social Media Manager & Creative Content Producer**

Cayan Travel seeks a highly qualified and innovative Social Media Manager & Creative Content Producer to spearhead and augment our digital presence across all social media platforms. This strategically important role requires a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling, and the evolving digital landscape of the GCC and Middle East.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in content creation (including Reels, video production and editing, and carousel creation), social media strategy development, persuasive copywriting, and data-driven analytics. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer, technical advisor, and external marketing partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Social Media Management:**

* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
* Ensure consistent and timely content publication and facilitate proactive audience engagement.
* Conceptualize and develop content aligned with current luxury travel trends and prevailing audience preferences.

**Content Creation:**

* Produce high-quality video content, including Reels, transitions, and engaging storytelling edits.
* Design visually compelling carousels, graphics, and branded templates utilizing Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Curate and leverage existing media assets, including hotel imagery, destination footage, and other relevant materials, to generate impactful and engaging content.

**Copywriting & Communication:**

* Compose creative and engaging captions in both English and Arabic.
* Articulate brand messaging with clarity and precision, maintaining a consistent luxury brand voice.
* Adapt content to ensure cultural relevance within the GCC and Middle Eastern markets.

**Analytics & Insights:**

* Monitor weekly and monthly performance metrics utilizing relevant analytics tools.
* Generate concise reports that provide actionable insights to optimize future content strategies.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of platform algorithms and implement strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.

**Collaboration:**

* Collaborate effectively with the Chief Executive Officer, branding teams, technical advisor, and external marketing agencies.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
* Contribute innovative ideas, creative concepts, and fresh perspectives to enhance the overall digital strategy.
