Job Description:**Position: Social Media Account Manager & Media Buyer**

**Summary:**

The Social Media Account Manager & Media Buyer is responsible for the strategic management of social media accounts, the execution of performance-based paid advertising campaigns, and the delivery of quantifiable results across various platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role requires close collaboration with creative teams, copywriters, and business stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives and maximization of return on investment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Manage multiple client accounts or internal brands, encompassing daily social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
* Create monthly content calendars in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
* Monitor campaign performance utilizing platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and relevant analytics tools.
* Conduct A/B testing, refine bidding strategies, and optimize targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Generate comprehensive reports detailing key insights, learnings, and return on investment analysis.
* Maintain a current understanding of social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging advertising formats.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
* Fundamental knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing principles, and website analytics.
* Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Notion, Slack, Trello, or HubSpot.

Skills:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and media buying.
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
