We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer Assistant to contribute to our team, which specializes in high-quality finishing and fit-out construction projects. The incumbent will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects through the oversight of daily operations and coordination with subcontractors and the construction team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Supervision and Coordination:** Direct and manage all daily site activities pertaining to finishing and fit-out works; coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal construction team to facilitate seamless workflow and timely project completion; monitor work progress against established project schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays or challenges.

* **Quality Control:** Implement and enforce rigorous quality control procedures for all finishing and fit-out activities.

* **Safety Management:** Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards on the construction site; conduct routine safety inspections and toolbox talks to cultivate a safe working environment; ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

* **Technical Expertise:** Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and the construction team concerning finishing and fit-out matters; interpret shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals; assist in resolving technical issues and developing solutions to on-site challenges.

* **Site Workflow Management:** Organize and manage workflow on the construction site to optimize efficiency and productivity; coordinate the delivery and movement of materials and equipment within the site; implement strategies to optimize site logistics and minimize disruptions.

* **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive and accurate site reports, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and safety records; assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as as-built drawings and handover documents.
