* Administer contractor payments, ensuring punctual disbursement in accordance with contractual stipulations. Coordinate with site engineers regarding the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project operations. Collect and scrutinize invoices, receipts, and other pertinent financial documentation originating from project sites. Maintain meticulous and precise records of all financial transactions. Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements for managerial review and assessment. Execute periodic audits of financial processes to guarantee adherence to established company policies and procedures. Contribute to the formulation of budgets and forecasts for project sites. Liaise with the central accounting department to reconcile site accounts and rectify any identified discrepancies. Offer support during both internal and external audit proceedings as required.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Work experience as an Accountant in construction industry.
- Knowledge of Egyptian accounting regulations and practices.
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience from 5 to 7 year.
- Experience in the Construction Sector is a must 3 year minimum
- Communication skills – written and verbal English is requirement
- Kowledge of tax insurance lows
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
