During your tenure as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will be expected to demonstrate and cultivate proficiency in the following areas:

* Form creation, workflow design, and prototype development.
* Design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
* Identification of system deficiencies and subsequent recommendation of suitable solutions.
* Assistance in adhering to established development deadlines and project schedules.
* Contribution to and understanding of established development standards.
* Effective prioritization of multiple concurrent tasks.
* Development of applications that facilitate contemporary data capture.
* Utilization of ServiceNow, coupled with adherence to Deloitte’s best-practice software development methodologies, to ensure compliant, efficient, and effective workflow.
* Development of custom ServiceNow applications leveraging modern web technologies.
* Integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems/applications via APIs.

Team members are responsible for requirements analysis and system design, and will play an integral role throughout the entirety of the development lifecycle. Development team members must also demonstrate the capacity to independently research and acquire necessary information.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Three to five years of experience as a technical consultant, architect, or developer.
* Comprehensive understanding of MySQL databases.
* Hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management, System Administration, and Implementation.
* Minimum of two years of direct ServiceNow experience.
* Thorough understanding of enterprise IT architecture and ITSM principles.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
* Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST.
* Solid technical knowledge of native ServiceNow concepts, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Business Rules.
* Experience with Application UI and Workflow configuration.

**Preferred Qualification:**

* ServiceNow Implementation certification.
