Job Description

Responsible for executing jobs in line with defined standard operating proceduresResponsible for achieving field performance (TTS, FTFR, JMR3)Responsible for managing stock of parts and guarantee a high-level inventory record accuracyEducates customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipmentResponsible for executing an effective root cause analysis of a product issue, with the goal to identify the proper parts to be used and determine the appropriate solutionResponsible for a proper management of the work order (i.e. including all requested information based on assigned standard operating procedures)Responsible for the proper management of services reportParticipate in the feedback from the market process, by giving structured and technically meaningful feedback on detected problem issuesContact customers to communicate estimated time of arrivalEscalate problems and reassign calls when appropriateAccurately report service data in line with assigned proceduresEnsure all work-related equipment and vehicles are utilized and maintained in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring all work-related tasks are performed in compliance with Technogym guidelines and appropriate Health & Safety legislation.

3-5 years’ experience in a similar roleDiploma / Degree in Electronics & communications or similarMechanical / electronic engineering skillsEnglish knowledge (B2 / C1 level)Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentKnowledge and ability to work with mobile tools and applicationsKnowledge of IT networking is advantage.Management of service ordersRepair business expertiseManagement of client requests and complaintsTransparency, intellectual openness and teamwork
