Job Description
- Preparing new contracts & offers, service orders on SAP system
- Uploading the contracts on SAP system & issuing the invoices
- Updating the contract sheet & reporting it to the service supervisors & managers
- Solving COPA issues in SAP system
- Uploading the items in the SAP system by sending upload sheet to the IT department
- Preparing quotations on SAP ,dummy quotations in excel, dummy invoices, Demo request, Sample orders, Stock request,Consigment request, Stationary request
- Preparing RGA (Return of Goods Authorization)
- Preparing monthly PPM schedule & sending it to the complete service department
- Preparing PPM & Warranty letters
- Preparing delivery notes, Sending monthly reports, Filing the service reports
Skills
- Very good skills in MS-Office, very good skills in general computer utilization
- Acceptable skills in basic computer problem solving
- Above average skills in English language (Reading/Writing/Conversation)
- Above average communication skills
- Up to 2 years previous hands on experience in a similar or related position
- Bachelor degree in related field
