Job Description:**Option:**

The Service Contract Executive, reporting to the BYD Aftersales department, is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of service contracts. This individual will liaise extensively with branch offices, providing support and ensuring the efficient processing of contract-related requests, including transfers and terminations. The role necessitates advanced analytical capabilities to accurately manage numerous contracts and pricing requests, crucial for mitigating revenue leakage and supporting new business development. Success in this position is contingent upon the ability to effectively manage tasks within established deadlines and collaborate cohesively with diverse internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or diploma qualification, preferably with automotive industry experience, a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar service contract or pricing analyst role, mandatory experience in automotive aftersales, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SAP IS AUTO, and a working knowledge of BI reporting attributes. Key responsibilities include the preparation of service contracts for new models and modification of existing agreements, maintenance of contract data within the system to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue loss, updating parts pricing in accordance with current rates, creation and maintenance of service contracts for fleet clients, generation of ad-hoc reports to provide stakeholders with necessary information, provision of contract-related support to branches, including the efficient processing of contract transfers, terminations, refund requests, and reinstatements within defined timeframes, collaboration with the corporate department on pricing requests for new initiatives, and ensuring the completion of all tasks by specified deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Required skills encompass advanced knowledge of SAP IS AUTO and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail, proficient communication and interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
