Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
* Design and analyze reports of moderate complexity to fulfill management requirements.
* Develop specifications for new reporting programs, spreadsheets, and related tools for report generation.
* Generate and maintain reports and records pertaining to specific projects.
* Provide foundational support within designated areas of the company’s customer service operations.
* Cultivate and maintain a working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
* Recommend appropriate resolutions for identified problems, as necessary.
* Apply understanding of interdepartmental collaboration within the business to achieve Customer Service objectives, assist in identifying policy deficiencies, and contribute to policy formulation.
* Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, demonstrating due consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by adhering to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, upholding ethical standards in personal conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
