Job Description
- Demonstrates the JLR Customer First Behaviors in all interactions with customers & colleagues
- Builds rapport & qualifies the customer’s requirements
- Agrees details of the work to be carried out
- Liaises with Workshop Controller to obtain estimates and schedule work
- Adheres to JLR procedures for repairs and services
- Keeps records of warranty work in accordance with manufacturer and dealership requirements
- Updates customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion
- Liaises between the customer and the workshop (e.g. to seek authority to complete additional work/
- Works as a full member of the Dealership Team

- At least 3+ Years’ experience as Service Advisor with JLR
- Expert in upselling and negotiation skills, mixed with excellent communication skills
- Organized and customer focused
- Certified automotive service advisor
- Professional personal appearance
