The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies in accordance with established brand guidelines to optimize the customer experience and drive revenue. This position reports to the GL VM Supervisor and encompasses responsibilities such as display window design, departmental layout planning, event setup within the store, product placement, and fixture configuration. The incumbent will ensure consistent adherence to both ABA and host brand visual merchandising standards throughout the GL store. Responsibilities include the execution of visual merchandising concepts and schemes as directed by the GL VM Supervisor, the ongoing maintenance of all visual merchandising standards, the implementation of window and in-store visual merchandising displays, collaboration with concession partners to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, close coordination with the ABA marketing department for event-related activities, monitoring and enforcement of visual merchandising standards, communication with Department Managers, and close collaboration with the host brand.
