Our client, a financial brokerage firm, seeks a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Trade Support Officer – MT5 Administrator.
The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in MT5 trading platforms, risk and compliance protocols, and operational support functions.
Responsibilities include managing MT5 server environments, providing support to internal stakeholders, ensuring platform stability, and maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**MT5 Administration:**
* Establish and configure MT5 trading servers (Live and Demonstration).
* Administer MetaTrader 5 Manager and Administrator terminals.
* Establish, modify, and maintain user groups, accounts, and access privileges.
* Configure symbols, instruments, spreads, swaps, and commissions.
* Deploy plugins, gateway integrations, and liquidity provider bridges.
* Monitor data feeds, price streams, and maintain server uptime with minimal latency.
* Maintain system logs and conduct regular system backups.
**Technical & Operational Support:**
* Provide first and second-tier support for MT5-related incidents.
* Collaborate with IT/DevOps teams to implement infrastructure updates and system modifications.
* Troubleshoot latency, slippage, disconnections, and other platform anomalies.
* Test new features, plugins, and integrations within staging environments.
* Provide technical support to internal teams regarding the MT5 platform.
**Compliance & Reporting:**
* Generate regulatory reports, trade logs, and audit documentation.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management regulations.
* Assist with AML/KYC data retrieval and reporting processes.
* Provide reporting support to clients, risk management personnel, and regulatory agencies.
**Risk & Account Management:**
* Monitor trading activities and identify unusual patterns or system misuse.
* Manage leverage settings, margin calls, and stop-out levels.
* Define and implement risk parameters across various client segments.
Skills:
Master’s degree in Finance preferred or a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Economics, or Accountancy from a recognized university.
3–5 years of experience in a similar trade support or MT5 administration role within the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of Derivatives, CFDs, FX markets, and the MetaTrader 5 platform.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ADGM/FSRA regulations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
