Job Description:The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of the full recruitment lifecycle across both technical and non-technical domains. This position entails the effective sourcing, screening, and selection of highly qualified candidates while cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The incumbent will integrate strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment execution to establish sustainable, high-quality talent pipelines that facilitate organizational growth. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: conducting end-to-end recruitment processes; collaborating with clients to ascertain hiring needs and provide ongoing status updates; developing and maintaining segmented talent pools; ensuring seamless interview coordination and a positive candidate experience; collaborating internally to align hiring priorities; and effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment workflows and monitor key performance indicators.
