Job Description:**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
* إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والتنسيقية التفصيلية.
* ضمان توافق التصاميم مع متطلبات المشروع واللوائح التنظيمية.
* التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق العمل في الموقع بشأن المسائل الفنية.
* إعداد حصر الكميات والتقارير الفنية وتقديمات المواد.
* تقديم الدعم لمديري المشاريع في حل تحديات التصميم والتنفيذ.
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in technical office roles within construction or architecture firms
- Deep expertise in shop drawings, design coordination, and technical submittals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, standards, and technical specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
