Job Description:
– Prepare the tax returns for all kind of taxes (VAT, Stamp tax, Payroll tax, local WHT, Foreign WHT, Property tax and corporate income tax).
– Prepare the tax returns payments.
– Prepare and update the tax provision calculations.
– Handling the tax inspection processes with the tax consultant as follow:
a. Prepare the required analysis.
b. Follow up with the tax consultant during the tax inspection processes.
c. Attending the discussion, the inspection results with the company management and group tax to reach the final discussion.
– Prepare the issued WHT certificates to the vendors.
– Assist the finance team to solve the E-Invoice issues and implantation E-Invoice for the new entities.
– Assist in preparing the required analysis to the group tax on monthly basis with the tax issues, updates, and tax inspection progress.
– Posting the entries related to tax provisions and tax payments on ERP system.
– Prepare tax planning and reports.
– Follow up with customs for form No 13.
– Prepare financial statements (Statement of financial position, Profit and Loss statement & Cash flow) and its presentation working papers and sheets.
– Updating balance reconciliation sheet after extracting trial balance from ERP and providing monthly analysis after updating balance sheet reconciliation.
– Handling GLs charts and opening new GLs on ERP.
– Responsible for Owner association recover and reconciliation with its full cycle
Skills:
- Experience minimum 5 Years
- Previous exp at Tax firms is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
