**Objective:**
To spearhead and implement the complete talent acquisition process across all organizational geographies, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline, timely fulfillment of vacancies, and an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Serve as a strategic talent consultant to department leadership and a steward of the organization’s employer brand.
**Principal Accountabilities:**
**1. Recruitment Strategy and Implementation:**
* Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job specification, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Collaborate with department heads and Human Resources Business Partners to anticipate workforce requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.
* Develop proactive talent pipelines for mission-critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
* Ensure the timely and cost-effective closure of all approved vacancies within established budgetary parameters.
**2. Sourcing and Talent Mapping:**
* Utilize diverse sourcing methodologies, including professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), online job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
* Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis for key roles to identify potential talent.
* Establish and maintain an internal talent database and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for prospective candidates.
**3. Employer Branding Initiatives:**
* Elevate the organization’s employer brand visibility through innovative digital marketing campaigns, strategic university partnerships, and engaging social media content.
* Represent the organization at industry-specific career fairs and professional networking events.
**4. Candidate and Stakeholder Relationship Management:**
* Ensure professional and timely communication and feedback to all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing regular recruitment metrics and progress updates.
* Facilitate a seamless onboarding transition to Human Resources Operations for newly appointed employees.
**5. Data Analytics and Reporting:**
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive recruitment data, dashboards, and monthly reports.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire to optimize recruitment strategies.
