Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and optimize our recruitment processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and strategic talent sourcing to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding) for various roles across departments.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

Candidate Engagement & Experience

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate interviews (phone, video, and in-person) and evaluate candidates against defined criteria.
  • Manage candidate expectations and negotiate offers professionally and transparently.

Employer Branding & Strategy

  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage social media and talent communities to increase company visibility and attract passive candidates.
  • Provide input on market insights, talent trends, and competitive compensation practices.

Recruitment Operations & Metrics

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to improve processes.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to HR leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Advise managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection.
  • Participate in workforce planning sessions to anticipate hiring needs.
