**Position Summary**

The primary function of this role is to execute the organization’s staffing strategies to secure and retain qualified personnel necessary for the achievement of current and future business goals. This position exerts an indirect influence on store revenue, transaction volume, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Strategic Recruitment Planning:** Formulate and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
* **Recruitment Team Management:** Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering their professional development and motivation.
* **Talent Acquisition:** Proactively identify and source potential candidates through diverse recruitment channels, encompassing both internal and external resources.
* **Interview and Candidate Evaluation:** Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and collaborate with department leadership in making informed hiring decisions.
* **Onboarding Management:** Supervise the onboarding process to facilitate seamless integration of new employees into the organizational structure.
* **Employee Retention Initiatives:** Develop and implement programs designed to enhance employee retention, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.
* **Recruitment Reporting:** Generate and present comprehensive recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and emerging trends.

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
  • Employer Branding and Interviewing skills
  • Experience in recruiting activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of the F&B Industry is a must
